Join our team as an Environmental Services Supervisor, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting and overseeing our operations. Your main responsibilities will include supervising our dedicated floor staff, ensuring compliance through audits, facilitating new staff training and work collaboratively with our Carps Supervisory Team.

In this role, you will be instrumental in:

• Managing our discharge teams to ensure timely and efficient service
• Conducting audits and inspections, and managing outcomes through resulting actions
• Observe operational demand, and evaluate and allocate appropriate staffing needs
• Upholding impeccable cleanliness standards throughout the hospital in alignment with infection control protocols

About you:

To thrive in this role, you will possess outstanding organisational skills, efficiently managing your workload to ensure tasks are completed to high standards, safely and promptly.

You will also demonstrate:

• Availability for day, afternoon and weekend shifts
• Prior experience in housekeeping, preferably in a healthcare setting or hotel is highly valued.
• Previous experience supervising staff is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and independently when necessary.
• Proficient in the use of a PC and Microsoft Office applications.

Remuneration: On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $32.61 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances
