Talenza have been engaged by a leading Australian Institution to source an experienced ESM Project Manager to work with the Project Director on the selection of an Enterprise Service Management (ESM) solution. Your role will be pivotal in guiding the procurement process, facilitating workshops, and managing requirements to ensure the successful adoption of the ESM platform.

The institution is embarking on a multiyear program to uplift their capability through a variety of simultaneous initiatives across their infrastructure and applications.

Responsibilities:

Resource Planning and Procurement Management

• Workshop Planning - Lead resource planning for workshops, requirements gathering, and scheduling tailored to support the selection process of the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) platform.
• Procurement Streamlining - Streamline the procurement process, ensuring alignment with ESM platform needs and utilising provided tools and procedures.

Implementation Partner Transition and Onboarding

• Transition Management - Manage the transition and onboarding of implementation partners specifically tailored to support the deployment of the ESM platform.

Workshop Facilitation and Requirements Gathering

• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate workshops with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements specifically geared towards the ESM platform.
• Requirements Documentation: Document requirements from a product-agnostic perspective to ensure alignment with the functionalities needed from the ESM platform.

RFQ Process Guidance

• Vendor Engagement - Guide the RFQ process, including vendor identification, engagement, and evaluation criteria establishment specifically tailored to the ESM platform requirements.
• Implementation Partner Selection - Collaborate with stakeholders to select implementation partners specialising in ESM platforms and finalise agreements and statements of work.
