Our client is a full-service, strategic corporate event management agency- specialising in both events and content. They work across multiple industries, with a focus on healthcare and IT in the Asia Pacific region.

Our client is experiencing significant growth and is creating a new entry-level role in the business to support the Events Team, office management as well as assisting the Operations Manager. The role:
This role has 3 main areas of responsibility, supporting the Event Managers with the execution of their events/projects as well as managing small online meetings yourself, helping with office management/general admin tasks and assisting the Operations Manager. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager you will be learning and gaining experience across a wide variety of tasks and event formats, setting you up for a successful career in Corporate Events.
- You will be the Office administrator running a busy office, managing office supplies and suppliers, following office processes, credit card allocations, organising couriers etc
- You will be Operations Support, assisting the Operations Manager on a variety of administrative tasks related to events and event operations
- Event Managment- managing small online meetings, small online meeting portal management, collating and mailing invites, online registration, attendance reporting
- Delegate management- attendance/RSVPs, delegate communications and group travel management
- Completed an event management course or degree, and ideally had intern experience or held down part-time roles within the Events or Travel industry whilst studying
- Must be tech savvy and a skilled Microsoft user- familiarity with EventsAIR is a plus
- Office/admin experience is highly regarded
- You will be customer centric, and hospitality-focused
- Inquisitive mindset- with the ability to see the big picture and prioritise tasks with a superior attention to detail
- You will be well-presented and punctual
- Flexibility regarding necessary work outside of office hours
- You will have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Be team orientated and results driven

- You will possess the resilience to handle a fast-paced working environment, be able to work autonomously and prioritise tasks, with a passion for excellence
- $60-65K plus super
