The role:
Working as part of a small team here in Sydney, you will play a pivotal role in bringing the client’s brief to life. From administration to packing and onsite duties, this role will have a huge range of variety and everyday excitement. This is an opportunity to really make a role your own and continue to establish this growing business in a city full of opportunity.
Here's what to expect in your day to day:
Oversee the setup and delivery of various events
Manage personnel and workflow for smooth execution
Prepare for events; ordering produce, branding, packing, logistics, styling and set up
Resolve logistical issues and organize warehouse inventory management
Handle admin tasks such as emails, supply orders, and warehouse inventory
Manage clients and stakeholders whilst representing the brand with friendliness and integrity
Problem solve as required
Candidate profile:
The successful candidate is someone that is happy to get involved in all aspects of the business
The successful candidate is someone with a passion for and experience in event management / coordination
This candidate will be excited to grow with an expanding business full of opportunity
This candidate will be available for some weekend and evening work as required
The successful candidate will be an individual that is keen to learn
