Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Assisting the Head of Events in their various tasks
- Researching, visiting, and securing restaurants and event venues, while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders
- Overseeing event attendance logistics
- Distributing pertinent business and event-related information to clients
- Crafting and disseminating event invitations to clients
- Utilizing internal technology platforms for client communication
- Performing additional administrative responsibilities as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a comparable position
- Outstanding communication abilities coupled with a talent for relationship-building
- Confident demeanour and professional presentation
- Strong organisational skills with a proven capacity for multitasking effectively
- 5 days in the office
