Gallup Sydney is looking for an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to support two Directors for APAC. A dynamic and fast paced role with the parameters ever changing - this position would suit someone who is willing to go beyond the normal boundaries of an EA position, taking on extra responsibilities when required to ensure the job gets done.
We are looking for individuals who can maintain the highest standards of personal integrity and confidentiality, whilst juggling multiple tasks, across numerous time-zones in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.Ideally, you will have previous executive administration experience, where the details and speed of response really matter.Gallup will particularly suit you if you have a flexible and open-minded approach to work. What you need:
- A minimum of three years' experience supporting senior executives in an international, multi time-zoned environment
- Sophisticated time management skills and excellent attention to detail
- Full proficiency in Microsoft® Outlook®, Word®, PowerPoint® and Excel®
- Hands-on team player who can lead and orchestrate all necessary support functions and is able to handle a wide range of tasks simultaneously
- An agile mindset
- Solutions focused with ability to show initiative.
- Diplomatic and able to resolve conflict in a positive and constructive manner
- A strong sense of team with a self-directed, positive and proactive demeanour
- Must be authorized to work in Australia on a full-time basis
