Purpose of the position
This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer and General Manager and delivers administrative and business support across a growing NDIS company.

Responsibilities & duties
Responsibility 1 – Act as the point of contact between the Chief Executive Officer and others, screen and direct phone calls and correspondence.
Responsibility 2 – Manage calendar, appointments, booking schedule and set up meetings, including making changes as required. Ensure Chief Executive Officer and General Manager are well prepared for upcoming meetings and tasks and process receipts and payments as required.
Responsibility 3 – Assist the General Manager with research and document preparation across Legal, HR, Finance, and Insurance for the company.
Responsibility 4 – Complete sensitive tasks like invoicing, reconciliations, and other financial related tasks. Experience with Xero is ideal.
Responsibility 5 – Organise and maintain company document management system, assisting with operations and office management and improving organisational efficiency across the business with attention to legislative and compliance requirements.
Responsibility 6– Arrange functions, meetings, and events such as team building activities and staff functions.
Responsibility 7– Actively help improve customer service and operations across the group of companies by actively of the office team when the CEO and GM are busy.
Responsibility 8 - Supporting projects, personal tasks and property maintenance, deliveries and collection of items, other ad hoc duties as required.
We have multiple locations around the Sunshine Coast area that you may be required to travel to and from some days for different tasks.
Work experience & skills
Proven experience in similar role, especially experience working in a busy and growing business.
Excellent computer skills with an ability to become proficient with company software and programs.
Advanced office and administration skills
Excellent presentation skills

NDIS worker screening card (yellow card) Working with Children screening card (blue card) or ability to obtain.
Current and valid driver licence
