We have a 12-month opportunity for a highly motivated self-starter to be our Executive Assistant within our Transformation Group. Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage and oversee a wide range of Group administrative duties while providing extensive high level support ensuring work is handled efficiently without the need for constant or direct supervision. You will be highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities whilst delivering high standards of work within set time frames. Working within a fast paced and dynamic environment, you will be agile and responsive in coordinating all correspondence, in addition to other executive support requests, you will be process driven with high attention to detail.

About you:
There are a few things that we’ll look for in your CV;
- Extensive Executive support and administrative experience in a similar role within a large state-wide multifunctional organisation.
- Sound knowledge of the procedures and protocols related to managing Executive and other Committee meeting papers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate successful outcomes with stakeholders of all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with minimal direction with high attention to detail.
- Excellent competencies in the use of relevant IT applications including demonstrated experience in Microsoft applications.
- Previous experience within a large utility organisation or government owned entity would be highly desirable
- Provide accurate, confidential, and comprehensive high-level executive support to the General Manager
- Proactive management of the General Manager’s calendar to resolve schedule conflicts in advance and build space for priority tasks and critical engagements
- Coordinate and effectively manage all Executive and other committee papers and actions for the Group in an accurate and timely manner
- Provide high quality service to internal and external customers while building successful relationships on behalf of the Lead Team
