About the role
ECCV is looking for an experienced and talented Executive Assistant to join our team and manage our executive services, working with the Leadership Team and Board to ensure that the organisation delivers on its purpose of being a leading voice for culturally diverse Victorians.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, and a member of the Leadership Team, the role interfaces with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Chief Executive Officer. The EA’s responsibilities include administrative support for engagement with key internal and external stakeholders and governance of the organisation. The position works closely with the Leadership Team to deliver on strategic operational priorities and plans for the ECCV.
The position is part-time (0.6FTE) and remunerated at Level 5 of the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010. Hours may be worked over 5 days and are open to negotiation.
