What makes this company unique?
This is an exciting role for a Senior C-Suite Executive Assistant to step into a 1:1 role, supporting the Chief Communications Officer and their Communications, Stakeholder Engagement and Policy team. As a not-for-profit organisation they play a crucial role in governing an essential segment within the technology sector. Its mandate involves setting, preserving, and enforcing standards to ensure the integrity of its work, aligning closely with both Australian governmental regulations and international governance frameworks.

Your ability to maintain productive outcomes and influence desired results for both internal and external stakeholders will be invaluable.
Stepping into a role supporting the Chief Communications Officer, there’s a natural expectation for robust verbal and written communication skills, coupled with technical proficiency in various internal platforms, notably the Microsoft Office Suite for compiling Board and committee papers on a fortnightly, monthly and quarterly basis. Given the rapid pace of this executive’s work and output, your meticulous attention to detail, forward planning and composed demeanour will be crucial in ensuring the success of this partnership.
