As a highly proficient and accomplished C-Suite Executive Assistant you recognise the significant output and responsibility of this executive, which allows you to strategically partner and anticipate a multitude of competing priorities. Stepping into a role supporting the Chief Communications Officer, there’s a natural expectation for robust verbal and written communication skills, coupled with technical proficiency in various internal platforms, notably the Microsoft Office Suite for compiling Board and committee papers on a fortnightly, monthly and quarterly basis. A snapshot of your role…
Skillfully navigate a highly intricate calendar, adeptly handle international time zones and numerous internal and external meeting requests vying for priority
Co-ordinate all travel, accommodation and itineraries for the Chief Communications Officer, and support the Communications, Stakeholder Engagement and Policy team and Board with travel requirements as needed
Coordinate the compilation, review, modification, and distribution of Board and multiple committee packs, research memos and meeting notes. Oversee the creation of agendas and follow-up on meeting actions
Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, leveraging your exceptional communication skills and diplomacy to uphold deadlines, monitor emerging issues and implement risk mitigation strategies
Effectively and efficiently maintain the Chief Communications Officer task list, identifying and flagging priority actions and deadlines and supporting resolution of action items
Undertake reconciliation of monthly expenses and corporate credit cards for the Chief Communications Officer
