About the Role:
This full-time permanent position supporting the Director of Senior School with administrative support; diaries, minutes, first point of contact for queries, event coordination, parent correspondence etc. This role is best suited to an experienced Executive Assistant/ Senior Personal Assistant with versatile experience, ideally from the Education sector.
Responsibilities:
- High level administrative support to Director of Senior School
- Management of diaries, daily schedules, email, appointments, preparing agendas, events coordination etc.
- Supporting HR with setting up interviews, sit on panel for admin interviews
- Liaise with high level and senior internal and external stakeholders to coordinate meetings and other events
- Coordinating multiple Board meetings, attending and taking minutes
- Liaise with internal groups, public and private sector agencies
- Provide administration support to wider senior faculty team
- Support projects where necessary
- Other adhoc responsibilities as requested by Faculty Head
Requirements/Skills:
- Experience working as Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant or senior Team Assistant
- Ideally you have worked in the education industry however not essential
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills - must be professional and be able to speak to high level stakeholders
- Must be able to deal with sensitive subjects and maintain confidentiality
- Must be an organised, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced environment jumping into conflicting priorities
- Ability to prioritise work, high attention to detail, ability to take the initiative
- Be able to keep the business manager on track and schedule
- Time management skills, comfortable working towards deadlines
- Tech Savvy – excel skills is a must
- Must have a WWCC or be willing to obtain
