This role is a Fixed term contract for 12 months & may lead to permanent after this tenure. The role will start asap and recruiting now.
Reporting to Country Managing (Sydney) & Country Manager (Korea), we are looking for an experienced EA (at least 5 years in similar covering Senior EA or Office Skill duties) that have and enjoys working with various stakeholders across the globe. This is a fast paced, busy which will include someone with great cross collaboration and communication skills!
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Diary management: maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences (including external stakeholders of investors, government officials, strategic vendors and M&A etc),
- Prepare meeting agendas and take actions during meetings,
- This includes preparing reports for quarterly business reviews and working with the leader to create on-boarding plans for key team members,
- Additionally, process improvement, participating in strategic organisational activities,
- Arrange corporate travel including flights, transportation and lodgings and prepare itineraries and agendas,
- Organise key team events & external events
- Maintain admin records and mentor other admin staff .
- Follow up/through on actions if delays or challenges by exception.
- Other adhoc duties will be required as well
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role supporting Director level
- Evidence of cross regional collaboration and stakeholder relationships
- A naturally collaborative team player that is proactive and solution minded
- Highly proficient presentation Google Docs, Keynote, Excel and grasp of current social networking systems
- Remains calm under pressure with strong executive presence
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent planning and organisational capabilities with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work autonomously, take initiative and follow through
- You must be bilingual English and Korean.
