CS Energy is excited to announce a newly created role for an Executive Assistant to the Executive General Manager of Transformation. As a key member of our Administration team, you'll deliver top-tier secretarial and administrative support. Additionally, you'll play a vital role in supporting the broader team to achieve organisational objectives, including project management, analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to committees and meetings as required.
- Prepare agendas in consultation with key stakeholders, issue papers, and distribute in a timely manner for relevant meetings, and as requested prepare minutes and actions arising.
- Track actions arising from relevant meetings ensuring matters are followed through to conclusion.
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, appointments and workshops/Townhall events with internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Arrange meeting venues, meeting schedules, conferences and catering as required.
- Create purchase requisitions, goods receipts/service entries, payments, credit card reconciliation and other financial administration processes within SAP, ensuring that these are completed according to policy, as required.
- Ensure invoices are approved and, according to policy
Assist with the processing and payment of all invoices, including appropriate document management. - Document and update relevant work procedures as required.
- Maintain the document management system, including the electronic document management system, and the hard copy document management system as required.
- Arrange travel for stakeholders throughout the business in accordance with policy.

About You
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:
- Suitable Degree, Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Experience as an Administrator / Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant providing support to Executive Management and Senior Leadership.
- Experience effectively using a large range of software packages and associated hardware, especially the Microsoft Office suite, SAP and document management systems.
- Experience managing calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments and workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
- High-level office management skills including the ability to prioritise effectively manage time.
