We are seeking to recruit a suitably experienced and enthusiastic person to the position of Executive AssistantChief Executive. This dynamic position provides confidential high level executive support to the Chief Executive SMHS to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of an administrative and executive support function, including providing leadership to staff in similar roles across the organisation.
The successful applicant for this role will be required to demonstrate excellent organisational skills including the ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities within tight deadlines, as well as the ability to work flexible hours where required to meet these deadlines and ensure coverage of key meetings. Ideally, the successful applicant will have previously provided Executive level support to a Chief Executive Officer or similar Executive position in a large and complex organisation.

Are you eligible? To be eligible for a permanent appointment to the Western Australian public sector is essential that you are an Australian citizen or have permanent residency status in Australia. To be eligible for a fixed term appointment you must have documentary evidence of your entitlement to live and work in Australia for the period of the contract.
