ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently in search of a highly organized, proactive, articulate, and driven individual to join Emerging Brands as the Executive Assistant to CEO, Nat McLean. This pivotal role will involve providing essential support to a Senior Executive, contributing significantly to the achievement of their objectives, and ensuring overall business efficiency.
As the Executive Assistant, you will be a key liaison, connecting various facets of our organization. Your contributions will be instrumental in fostering operational efficiency within our dynamic team of global change-makers.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Exceptional administrative, organizational, and time management skills tailored for the demands of Senior Executives.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, facilitating effective communication and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of accuracy in all tasks.
- Proven ability to manage Executive calendars, including personal commitments, and adeptly handle complex and strategic mailbox management.
- Highly proficient in advanced MS Office applications, enabling efficient handling of documentation and correspondence.
- Comprehensive understanding of interstate/overseas travel arrangements, including the preparation of detailed travel itineraries, aligned with the unique needs of C-suite Executives.
- Sound knowledge of fundamental budgeting processes, controls, and expense management, in alignment with the strategic financial oversight required at the Executive level.
- Prior experience with Board Portal software (e.g., Diligent Boards) is strongly preferred.
- Prior Board Secretarial experience is also highly preferred.
