EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT – INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES
The Council has an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join the Infrastructure Services team. Reporting to the Director of Infrastructure Services this newly created role will focus on providing high quality, accurate and timely professional support to the Director whilst working collaboratively with the Infrastructure Services Department.
We are seeking an Executive Assistant who has a proactive approach and can work autonomously with the ability to interact with staff in a fast-paced environment, whilst remaining flexible, proactive and resourceful with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Essential: Demonstrated experience in a similar role and the ability to work autonomously with a proactive and forward-thinking approach and good levels of judgement when decision making.
Salary and conditions: Full-time position. Central Coast Council’s Enterprise Agreement – $74,254 - $86,434 (Professional Officer Level). Remuneration will be negotiated with the successful candidate, commensurate with qualifications, skills, and experience.
