About the Role
Reporting directly to the Executive Officer, you will work closely with the Executive Dean, General Manager, Deans of Programs, and administrative support staff within UniSA Business. You will provide dedicated executive administrative support to the Executive Dean and General Manager, including complex diary and email management; and implement systems and practices that facilitate high level forward planning, ensuring the Executive Dean and General Manager are appropriately briefed and have the necessary background documentation and information (briefing packs, agendas etc.) for meetings and appointments. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate appointments and timelines, Coordinate with the UniSA Travel team to manage domestic and international travel, and prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take minutes, circulate minutes, and coordinate follow up action items.

Essential Skills and Experience
- Post-secondary qualifications in a business or administrative related discipline or equivalent demonstrated experience
- Significant experience in providing executive level support (including complex diary management) to senior managers with the requirement to proactively respond to challenges, determine competing priorities, exercise independent judgement, work with documents of a sensitive nature, and an ability to maintain confidentiality of the highest standard
- Superior interpersonal/ communication skills and experience building relationships and demonstrating the highest level of customer service with a diverse range of people and cultures at various levels
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines and anticipate future requirements. High degree of initiative and resourcefulness, with the ability to instigate and undertake tasks with minimal supervision or direction including acting as a team-player
- Demonstrated ability to produce quality correspondence with high-level attention to detail and to provide editing and presentation assistance on a broad range of documentation
- Demonstrated high-level administrative skills including experience in developing and maintaining paper-based and electronic administrative systems and in identifying and implementing quality improvement initiatives
