We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join Nick Dunn’s team as an Executive Assistant at McGrath Byron Bay. You will be working alongside Nick, principal and top-performing sales agent, and his team in the Byron Bay area.
About the Role
This is a full-time position working within a team environment. Your main focus will be assisting the senior agent by actively working on all of the team's listings and providing sales administration support to the team. The role manages the team's smooth day-to-day running and provides outstanding vendor and purchaser experiences.
Day to day responsibilities include:
- Looking after the agents’ clients from pre-listing through to settlement
- Coordinating & attending property marketing appointments & photoshoots
- Liaising with internal and external parties e.g. Vendors, buyers and solicitors
- Assisting with coordinating exchanges and settlements
- Property preparation, administration and marketing from appraisal to settlement
- Managing all marketing and social media content
- Team management and support
- Ad hoc projects and tasks as required
Skills & experience
The successful candidate must possess:
- Minimum 6 months experience working in the real estate industry
- A current real estate licence or certificate of registration
- A current drivers licence and your own reliable vehicle

- Ability to work autonomously & part of a team
- Experience with MS office, Googe suite, Canva, PDF editor, Agentbox CRM or similar systems
