Is a leading educational institution committed to excellence. They are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our executive team and contribute to our mission of advancing education.
*Please note - this is a 12 month fixed term contract with potential to go permanent.*
Your new roleincludes;
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to three executives
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other relevant materials for board and committee meetings.
- Act as a liaison between executives, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines.
