About the Role
In this role, you'll be instrumental in supporting a dynamic director who oversees a fast-growing healthcare business with over 10 practices and plans to expand further. You will ensure the director's vision is seamlessly integrated into operational processes, contributing significantly to the anticipated growth of the business.
Duties
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Effectively assisting the director and playing an active role in executing innovative strategies and operational processes.
- Professionally managing phone calls and emails on behalf of the director.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and assisting with organising the director's schedule.
- Bringing valuable insights to staff meetings, actively participating in collaborative discussions.
- Getting involved with business decisions, including bank meetings alongside the director.
- Playing a pivotal role in organising the setup of new practices.
- Involvement in the implementation of new IT systems.
- Overseeing the performance of clinic "hosts," including receptionists and office managers.
- Embracing a distinctive role, combining assistance responsibilities with an involvement in the strategic and operational aspects of the business.
This role will evolve depending on your personal attributes and skillset. Each day will differ so additional duties may be required from time to time. You will not be based in one office, so will be required to travel to and from clinics around Victoria and occasionally work from home.
Skills & Experience
To be a successful candidate you must have:
- Extensive experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant
- An adaptable and committed view to work
- An entrepreneurial and forward-thinking mindset
- Strong administration skills
