The role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team supporting the Deputy Headmaster/Head of the Crowther Centre.
In this busy, fast paced role where no two days are the same, you will be responsible for efficient diary management, drafting correspondence, preparing and distributing agendas and minutes, and other such tasks in order to support the Deputy Headmaster/Head of the Crowther Centre in their role. Key to success in this role is the ability to develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders and program partners. Experience working in a school environment will be advantageous but not essential.
In order to thrive in this position you will require:
- Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior management, ideally in a one on one capacity.
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and a strong technical aptitude.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills to support interaction with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent written communication skills including demonstrated ability to draft and proof documentation across a range of activities including meeting/committee support, data collection/analysis and maintenance of databases.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure, deal with multiple and urgent priorities and meet deadlines.
- A strong focus on ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- A current working with children check is required.
