As the Executive Assistant to the Asia Pacific (APAC) Leadership Team, your foremost responsibility is to offer comprehensive support to four senior executives overseeing HR, Commercial, and Marketing functions, encompassing all aspects of office and business planning administration. This involves managing expenses, coordinating executive travel, preparing monthly reports, and collaborating on Departmental events with the CEO’s Executive Assistant. Reporting to the CEO’s Executive Assistant, based at Red Bull Sydney HQ, you will work in tandem to address duties within the broader APAC market context, including the execution of major APAC events such as regional conferences and team offsites, contributing to the seamless functioning of daily business operations for the Group.
