This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the General Manager of QML and 4 of the business managers.
Key aspects of the role:
- Performance of confidential Executive Assistant, secretarial and other administrative duties as required by the Executive team members.
- Organisational support including administration and communication systems, arranging appointments, meetings, travel, accommodation, and functions.
- Coordination of meetings including preparing and distributing agendas and minutes, management of all associated records along with organising all travel, catering and other meeting logistics as required.
- Liaise on behalf of the Executives with a range of stakeholders via telephone, email and/or in person.
- Examine and prioritise incoming correspondence, papers, and reports to determine action.
- Prepare appropriate communications to complex correspondence emanating from meetings, emails and reports ensuring high presentation and accuracy.
To be considered for this role your skills and attributes should include:
- Extensive experience in providing high level executive support within a Corporate environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively in a team and use initiative
- Outstanding level of attention to detail
- Strong diary and time management skills
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
