This State Government department provides essential services for all South Australians and is looking for an Executive Coordinator based in Adelaide.
Your new role
Supporting the Executive Director, you will be providing high-level executive support in a number of different areas. You will manage calendar appointments, filtering urgent matters that need to be prioritised and assist with the flow of correspondence. Working with a large portfolio, you will ensure key information is communicated and actioned effectively within the executive team. You will maintain a high standard of correspondence and administrative processes in a professional manner.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience providing executive support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and basic use of Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Resilience and adaptability
- High level of organisation with the ability to accommodate changing priorities and work under pressure
