- Department for Health and Wellbeing - Strategy and Governance - Governance Advisory Services
- Salary: $75,430 to $79,070 - ASO4 - Full Time / Ongoing
- Responsible for operational business planning, management of branch budget and financial accounts, human resource administration, preparing briefings, letters and reports for the Governance Advisory Services Branch.
- Facilitating and coordinating the provision of professional and confidential executive assistant support to the Executive Director, Governance Advisory Services. This includes timely, high quality personal administrative services, appointment diary management, information coordination, research and project work associated with meetings, project management activities, managing day-to-day office operations and general administrative support requirements.
- Providing administrative support as required to Out-Posted Solicitors from the Crown Solicitor's Office (Attorney-General's Department).
- Monitoring and leading continuous improvement in key branch operational processes and administrative systems.
