Key responsibilities:
Reporting to the Manager of the Office, you will be tasked with planning, coordinating and delivering executive support programs and services for the leadership team of Procurement and Supply Chain Management. This involves a range of responsibilities, including project and administrative support, preparation of confidential advice and reports. You will navigate challenges such as sustaining high-level performance in a changing environment, analysing and solving complex issues, ensuring timely delivery on task, and building effective knowledge networks.
Additionally, you will be responsible for providing extensive executive support and coordination responsibilities, including managing the schedule of the Executive Director, preparing reports, briefings, correspondence and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
