This role is an excellent opportunity for an efficient and proactive professional with experience in executive support and governance. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director and Board of Directors, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Assist in the preparation of Board papers, agendas, and minutes for meetings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with governance requirements.
