Are you an exceptional Executive Team Assistant looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual who is looking to take the reins and make this role their own. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in providing high-level support to senior executives, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask are essential, as is the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will also possess strong problem-solving skills and an innate ability to anticipate the needs of the Executive Team. A snapshot of your role…
Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Leadership team, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
Assist with project coordination, including maintaining project documentation, tracking deadlines, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Handle client-facing responsibilities, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing meeting schedules
Assist with office coordination tasks, such as ordering office supplies, organising office events, and maintaining office cleanliness
Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks including preparing presentations, proofreading documents, and managing expense reports
