We are searching on behalf of our client for an Executive Team Assistant with a minimum of 3 years experience. This is a newly created role to join our client - a leading international Investment bank on a permanent basis. This role will support 5 MD's and a small team.

We are looking for an Executive Team Assistant with high attention to detail and the ability to build relationships and communicate well with people at all levels. Ideally this team would suit someone who is focused and hardworking yet outgoing and down to earth. You will need to be strong intermediate to advanced in MS office.
Our client is looking for a candidate who has experience working in Investment Banking for this role.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Full diary management
- Expenses
- Assisting in the preparation of presentations, proposals, reports and agenda's
- Coordinating events and meetings
- Organise Travel, Car & Accommodation
- Provide general administrative support across the wider corporate team
- Assist in preparing certain client materials and any other necessary meeting preparations.
- Coordinate and collaborate with the Executive Assistant team providing assistance and support, as required.
- Ad hoc project support work as required by the team
Please note, our client requires this role to be based in the office 5 days a week.
