What this job involves:
The Executive Team Assistant is responsible for the administrative management of the North Sydney office in addition to the North Sydney Markets / Office Leasing Team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an enthusiastic and dynamic administration professional!
This is a full-time role or part-time for the right candidate.
Snapshot of the role:
Be the main point of contact for visitors coming to the North Sydney office
Team support for the Northern Sydney Leasing and Sales team
Preparation of any meeting – agenda, minutes, consolidated reports and fee forecasting
Assist in the preparation of all correspondence, reports, new proposals, agency agreements
Financial Management – oversee and manage all costs charged to the North Sydney office and North Sydney Leasing & Sales teams and proactively seek ways to reduce costs in running the business where practical

This role is about your ability to take on true executive assistant-style challenges and tasks, involving quick thinking, problem solving and influencing both internally and externally. Equally, you will be highly organized and have the ability to manage competing demands and changing priorities within stringent timelines. Your ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions when required; you will be guaranteed success in this role!
Previous experience in administration/PA/EA role in a corporate environment is desirable.
