ABOUT THE POSITION:
Australia's largest public museum organisation is seeking an experienced and talented Exhibition Project Manager to manage the creative and technical development, prototyping, and installation of exhibitions and experiences. You'll use your amazing skills on a range of projects for the galleries, foyers, and public spaces at any of Museums Victoria's venues. Our Exhibition Project Managers work in partnership with cross-functional teams to guide and direct the creation of innovative visitor experiences.
Notable skills and experiences:
The successful applicant will have:
- Confidence working in a team and leading your own projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proven success managing all elements of a project from concept to delivery and installation.
- Experience building collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Expertise in creating and tracking schedules and budgets for projects and confident communicating progress to department teams, working and steering groups.
- An interest in museums and visitor attractions and the motivation to bring high-quality innovative experiences to our visitors.

- 1 x Full time (1.0 FTE), fixed term (12 months, maternity cover).
- 1x Full time (1.0 FTE), Ongoing.
The salary for both positions is $92,332 pro rata (VPS Grade 4) plus 11% superannuation.
