Join a warm and friendly NFP in Stafford on a temporary basis.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Meet and greet all visitors into the business
- Signing in visitors
- Handling phone calls, message taking and re-directing calls
- Managing inboxes
- Ordering stationary and other office related supplies
- Managing meeting room bookings
- Reception or administration experience required
- A professional, yet warm and friendly individual
- Proficient on MS Office Suite
- Must be able to fulfil full length of contract - see dates below.
This is a contract role, working Monday to Friday. Start date is Friday 12 July through to Monday 19th August. A day either side for handover.
