Our Financial Services Tax team is at the forefront of providing tax advisory services to a diverse range of clients. We are innovators and collaborate closely with banks, insurance companies, asset managers, and other financial institutions to address their unique tax challenges and opportunities. Our team specialises in Corporate Tax, Indirect Tax, Transfer Pricing, International Tax and Transaction Services, Tax Controversy & Policy and many other tax and law-related issues.
As such we are seeking Expressions of Interest from all levels ranging from Consultant to Senior Manager. Regardless of your experience level we are keen to see how we can take Your Career to the next level and invite you to build a better working world with us.
As a Financial Services Tax professional, you will have the opportunity to:
- Work with kEY Financial and government regulators and decision makers to solve the most complex transactions to drive value for organisations, governments, and the wider community
- Provide expert tax advice to clients in the Financial Services industry, ensuring compliance and optimal tax planning.
- Be seen as an SME and keep abreast of key tax laws, regulations, and industry developments via research and critical analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive tax solutions to clients.
- Participate in tax planning and advisory projects, including M&A transactions and corporate restructuring and gain exposure to the full transaction life cycle
- Gain exposure to a broad range of experiences, and training and development opportunities to help Build Your brand in the market and be a future leader in our practice
What we're looking for

- Australian tax experience, ideally gained in a reputable accounting firm, corporate, or legal environment
- Ability to develop strong and broad relationships with clients and provide a high level of client service
- Analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within teams and autonomously, managing multiple priorities.
- Enthusiastic interest in new and emerging technologies shaping the Financial Services landscape.
