If you have energy experience, contact centre, Customer Service or related experience, and are looking for a permanent full (37.5 hours per week) or part time (minimum 22.5 hours per week) opportunity on a rotating roster Monday – Friday between 8 – 6pm, we’d love you to express your interest.You’ll be the first point of contact and responsible for providing a high-quality experience to customers through inbound and outbound customer enquires via phone. You’ll be required to maintain accurate data in our customer management system and meet individual and team KPI’s.
