If you have energy experience, contact centre, Customer Service or related experience, and are looking for a permanent full (37.5 hours per week) or part time (minimum 22.5 hours per week) opportunity on a rotating roster Monday – Friday between 8 – 6pm, we’d love you to express your interest.You’ll be the first point of contact and responsible for providing a high-quality experience to customers through inbound and outbound customer enquires via phone. You’ll be required to maintain accurate data in our customer management system and meet individual and team KPI’s. About YouYou’ll be customer obsessed and have a positive way with customers, through a can-do attitude and strong communication skills. You’ll have determination and a solution focused mindset, to match and promote the right products and services to meet our customer’s evolving needs.
