Your new role
Responsibilities will include:
- Effectively managing data and systems
- Assist with building management works including coordination of maintenance works, liaison with external contractors and/or trades
- Provide exceptional face-to-face customer service
- Manage general enquires through emails and phone calls.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in leasing or property management is desirable.
- Exceptional administration skills
- Good attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and contractors.
