Job Summary
Tarac are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-orientated Facilities Coordinator to assist in the management of Tarac Properties at Beckwith Business Park (Nuriootpa) and Reynella. This role supports the Technical Services Manager and Commercial Asset Manager, serving as the first point of contact and representing Tarac’s professionalism and customer focus.
Responsibilities/Duties
This position will be responsible for:
- Tracking tenant requests and maintenance requirements.
- Administering the contractor management system ensuring contractor compliance with Tarac and statutory requirements.
- Engaging and managing programmed maintenance and repairs for all Tarac Properties sites including scheduling, inductions and administration processes.
- Managing key registers and electronic access.
- Assisting with scheduled tenant and site inspections for compliance with lease terms and OHS requirements.
- Conducting weekly cleaning and garden maintenance inspections of common areas and provide feedback to contractors.
- Following agreed Purchasing Process Principles, including issuing Purchase Orders and Goods Receipting as well as reporting on open PO’s taking appropriate action where necessary.
- Managing action item lists, follow up on all action items, and report on outcomes.
- Other administrative tasks as required.

- Proven ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Proactive in identifying opportunities to improve processes and addressing challenges independently.
- Strong analytical skills for assessing situations, gathering relevant information and making informed decisions.
- Adaptable and flexible with the ability to learn new skills and information quickly.
- Proven organisation skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision on several tasks, simultaneously.
- Comprehensive knowledge of company obligations including WHS and statutory requirements.
- Commitment to legislative compliance obligations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on action items.
Experience
- Experience in administering maintenance and repair schedules.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of people, including contractors, government, agencies, professional bodies, and community/industry groups, demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with contractor management systems and compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of purchasing processes and financial tasks.
Work Environment
This position will be based at our Beckwith Business Park site in Nuriootpa, South Australia. Out of hours, weekend work and a potential to travel within South Australia may be required.
