To support our Vision 2030 Growth Strategy Mondelēz ANZ has invested in a state-of-the-art, purpose-built, fully automated sorting and retrieval warehouse and distribution centre in Melbourne’s West, Truganina.
As a result, we have some very exciting career opportunities, come and play a crucial role in the set-up and operations of our new mega Distribution Centre.
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Facilities and Maintenance Manager to join our brand-new site based at Truganina.
How you will contribute:
Work cross functionally to develop and implement a strategic facilities roadmap and annual operating plan.
Partner with internal & external stakeholders and service providers to define and meet safety, quality, costs, delivery, sustainability and engagement goals.
Lead the building maintenance and facilities maintenance program, taking responsibility to ensure adherence to the business continuity plan, manufacturing standards and government regulations.
IL6S implementation: provide coaching to site teams as a part of our IL6S-Intergrated Lean 6 sigma ways of working
Partner with key internal and external stakeholder, maintaining effective working relationships to support the efficient delivery of critical site objectives.
What you will bring:
Strong operational & manufacturing leadership experience (FMCG advantageous) with experience in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), 5s, LEAN, 6 sigma tools and concepts, safety & GMP standards
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a passion for the coaching and development of those around you.
Strong financial acumen
Project management experience
Working knowledge of induction maintenance and manufacturing equipment with Progressive Maintenance (PM) expertise.
Comfortability in working with ambiguity, taking a proactive approach to problem solving.
End user knowledge of SAP PM
Tertiary education in Engineering or related discipline
