The Role:
- Act as the first point of contact for building related matters and liaise appropriately with internal and external stakeholders to effectively manage issues.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of work orders and repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections of the properties to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to prolong the life of building systems and equipment.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for maintenance services and supplies.
- Respond promptly to resident inquiries and concerns, always providing excellent customer service.
- Oversee capital improvement projects and renovations, working closely with contractors and stakeholders to ensure quality and timeliness.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, and inventory.
