As the Team Leader Transition to Work, you will develop and operate a high performing team of Transition Coaches, tackling youth disadvantage by supporting young people to address barriers to employment. Connecting the needs of young people aged 15 to 24 with the needs of the local labour market (industries and employers).
T he Hoppers Crossing Transition to Work Team Leader provides day-to-day operations of our St Albans Youth Hub , while also managing operations of point cook s ite. As a part of the role St Albans Team Leader will also be responsible for managing a small caseload.

Diploma level qualification in Mental Health, Youth Work, Community Services, Career Development
