The Role
Reporting to the Regional Account Director and continuing the good work done by a previous Service Provider, you will sit within a brand new on-site team of 3 at the client's impressive North Ryde office. You will have an important responsibility for maintenance of all hard and soft services across a mix of corporate sites and small depots, and building out new culture and processes for a small team within one of the world's largest and most well-known technology companies.
This is a unique opportunity to work on-site with of the world's most iconic technology brands, and a chance to bring fresh ideas and processes to a newly created and extremely friendly team.
Location: North Ryde, Sydney
A typical day may involve:
- End-to-end management of planned and reactive maintenance across their corporate office portfolio.
- Liaising with contractors, landlords, and key client stakeholders to deliver contracted services.
- Assisting with occasional minor projects on an ad-hoc basis e.g. renovations.
- Manage and mentor a Facilities Coordinator and Part-Time Receptionist.
- Seek to continuously improve processes and efficiencies of the building services and ensure they are in line with client expectations.
- Adhere to HSEQ requirements and compliance deliverables.
- Upholding exemplary standards of customer service, maintaining clear communication with CBRE staff, client stakeholders and external contractors.
Requirements
- Facilities Manager with experience across both hard and soft services (ESSENTIAL) .
- Experience managing multiple sites remotely (ESSENTIAL)
- Ability to work autonomously and stand as the key FM contact for the region (ESSENTIAL).
- Experience managing direct reports is preferred, but not essential.
- Strong computer skills with common applications (E.g. MS Office).
- Full working rights in Australia for a permanent position.
