About The Role
PSG Holdings is currently looking for a Facilities Manager to service a large, national multi-site base client. This role oversees the management of contractors to deliver property related services in accordance with the service contract, whilst ensuring the property portfolio is safe and meets all regulatory compliance obligations.
Reporting to the Contract Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Management of all reactive and project works queries
- Investigation of works in progress
- Handling client invoicing queries
- Allocation of work orders to suppliers
- Management of reactive and project work orders in system through to final approval
- Coordination of recommended post works
- Management of quote cycle from request through to submission
- Administration of supplier database, contact details and credentials
- Prioritisation of P1 and P2 open work orders
- Management of review dates and deferred reasons
- Report on daily focus statistics
- Providing data input to meet regular daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly organisational performance report requirements
- Management of supplier updates and compliance with workflow
- Attendance and contribution to client meetings
Requirements
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar technical facilities management role
- Ideally from a trade background or possesses sound trade knowledge
- Ideally, experience in managing multiple site national programs
- Proven ability to manage and influence a national supplier base
- Strong commercial acumen and proven contract negotiation/management
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Previous use of work order management software
- Knowledge of work health and safety requirements
- Ability to use your initiative and be proactive
- Exceptional organisational time efficiency, communication and interpersonal skills
