Seeking an experienced Facilities Officer to join a team in Cannington, starting immediately Your new company A government organisation in Cannington are seeking an experienced Facilities Officer to join the team on a short-term contract. This organisation is hoping for someone to start immediately, working for an initial 6-weeks plus possible extension. Your new role As the Facilities Officer, you will be responsible for:
Acting as a main point of contact for accommodation, maintenance and fleet management activities
Managing WHS and emergency situations during and outside business hours
Develop, maintain and report on documents and activities related to facilities services
Conduct audits on branch stock take
Conduct onsite cleaning inspections, identifying any building break-downs and repairs
What you'll need to succeed In order to be considered, you will demonstrate:
Previous experience in a facilities management / support position
Strong written communication skills with confidence in drafting and maintaining facility documents
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
Immediate availability to commence in the role
