Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Maintain fully functional and well-presented TUH properties.
- Respond to internal facility support requests.
- Coordinate and schedule facilities activities.
- Liaise with vendors for cost-effective service delivery.
- Manage security systems and oversee maintenance checks.
This position may involve limited:
- Work in awkward positions.
- Flexibility in hours and work conditions.
- On-call availability (a work phone will be provided for work use) & occasional weekend work.
To thrive in this role, you will have:
- 2+ years' facilities coordination experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Experience in facilities maintenance/coordination
