The Role
As the leader of the facility, you will contribute to the efficient and effective management of HR and financial management according to the strategic plan and budget. This role is a people and business operations position, requiring a manager who can lead, nurture and inspire the team of dedicated staff whilst ensuring high level of care is maintained.
Key Selection Criteria
We are seeking an experienced aged care manager with strong clinical and operational skills. A clinical background is preferred along with your in-depth understanding of funding and the accreditation standards. You will also need to possess strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and mentor staff.
