Innovative provider of Aged Care services with multiple homes in Victoria. The Facility Manager role will be located in their state of the art home in the leafy Eastern suburbs.
The role:
We are seeking a commercially astute Facility Manager with Nursing registration, to oversee day to day operations of the home in areas of Leadership & HR Management, Financial Management, Quality and Risk Management, Admissions and Stakeholder Engagement.
You will be extremely well supported by a strong Clinical Manager and clinical team on site and a supportive GM and Director of Care, Quality Manager and AN-ACC team from Head Office.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Minimum 3 years Senior Management and or Facility Management experience in Residential Aged Care is essential
- Current AHPRA Nursing registration
- Strong financial and business acumen with proven ability to negotiate, manage and operate within an annual operating budget.
- Ability to identify and maintain effective risk and quality management processes consistent with the organisation’s Quality Improvement Plan.
- Knowledge of Accreditation Standards and legislative requirements and AN-ACC funding requirements.
- Exceptional leadership and People Management skills.
- High level external stakeholder relationship skills and ability to maintain occupancy levels
