Female Pathways Coordinator

Short Description
Work as a representative of Sydney FC to coordinate all elements of the club’s Female Pathways programs, with the main focus on the Female Training Program and Female Development Squad.

Detailed Description
Reporting directly to the Head of Fan Engagement at Sydney FC you will coordinate the programs that are key to our Female Pathways programs – maximising their recruitment potential for Sydney FC’s Female Development Squad, overseeing program quality, brand reputation, and customer service.
The role also requires support to the Fan Engagement team in the running of their community program, school programs and game day activations.
The candidate should have experience planning and running quality football programs and events, have the ability to juggle a range of initiatives at the same time, and the capacity to build strong relationships with parents and participants of the program, external stakeholders required to deliver the program, and to drive collaboration between internal stakeholders.
To be considered for this role you will have experience working in administrative roles, and can juggle a range of initiatives at the same time.
The ideal candidate is flexible in working hours, dates and locations, and fast adapting in a high-paced environment.

•Coordinate the female development squad including but not limited to venue bookings, equipment stocktakes, ordering, and technical staff coordination.
•Coordinate the scouting process with the FDS technical staff, and managing communications to all applicants.
• Engage with new and existing local association and NPL club contacts for purpose of player recruitment, player wellbeing, communicating player data information and training schedules.
• Coordinate all staff associated with delivery of development squad sessions.
• Coordinate all internal and external communication to parents and participants of the program: including welcome information, updates to sessions, and scheduling.
• Coordinate uniforms and memberships for each player in the program.
• Other related tasks as directed for the benefit of female footballers within our associations.
• Work alongside the Academy Pathways Manager to oversee the management and execution of the Female Training Program.

• Support Sydney FC Foundation in the running of 'Sky's Her Limit' program along with support in other areas.
Qualifications
Essential
- Experience in similar
- Driver’s Licence
- Working with Children Check
Preferred
- First Aid certificate
- Tertiary qualification in sports administration/business
Personal Attributes
- Knowledge of the football landscape across Sydney including NPL clubs, development programs and Institutes.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to engage with a broad variety of customer types, focusing on young girls and young families and association technical contacts.
- A strong relationship builder across a wide range of external stakeholders
- Excellent organisational skills, time management and the ability to work well under pressure on a variety of tasks
- A flexible attitude to working hours, dates and delivery.
