About Us: doozy was created in 2021 and launched in early 2022. It was founded by Sydney Swans players Will Hayward and Ollie Florent along with Harry Hayward and highly awarded brand agency Richards Rose. doozy has been created to win in the high growth ‘better for you’ alcohol category with a razor focus on lo-cal/lo-carb lighter style drinking. doozy has started as a Hard Seltzer and has expanded its range along with a new Vodka/Soda RTD with further new product development landing in market April 2024. This one-brand-with-many-taste-doorways allows doozy to be agile and relevant to the young adults of Australia. doozy has gone from building a focused groundswell in East Sydney and now expanding with Dan Murphy’s, BWS, ALM, Paramount and ILG across Australia. Key Responsibilities
- Build the doozy brand & culture in partnership with customers across the on & off premise
- Grow distribution of doozy in both existing & new customer venues
- Execute sales & marketing initiatives to grow rate of sale of doozy in each venue, partnering with our customers on events, occasions & every day awareness in venues
- Ensure our customers are always in stock at all times.
- Education and training of bar and retail staff to create Doozy ambassadors
- Conduct consumer tastings in retail to drive trial and purchase
Expectations
- Deliver Sales, Distribution & Rate of Sale targets.
- On road daily calling on existing & new customers, min 10 calls / day, 50/week.
- Existing Customers – Ensure doozy is on shelf & in fridge/cool room in key locations, priced correctly with additional point of sale executed throughout the venue.
- Understand customer expectations on rate of sale, profit, best time to call for order & initiatives they have we can partner on.
- New Business – Ensure doozy is available in more venues by growing distribution, executing off location / on premise displays & growing rate of sale.

- Key member of the doozy team, passionate about who we are and what we stand for, the industry we are in and great times.
- Meet weekly with doozy sales team, understand key learnings & plans ahead.
Qualifications/Experience Needed:
- 3+ Years Sales Experience in the Alcohol Industry
- Network of trade relationships in On and Off premise channels in Sydney
- Must have current driver’s license and a car
- Hold a current RSA
Education (preferred but not mandatory):
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
Remuneration Package:
- $75-80K Base Salary + Super
- Attractive Quarterly Bonus Opportunity
