About the role:
- Oversee and manage our office based Field Service admin team along with our ever growing site based blue collar personnel.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimise Field Service operations and maximise efficiency.
- Ensure timely and high quality delivery of services to customers, meeting or exceeding their expectations.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the Field Service admin and site personnel fostering a highly positive, collaborative, and proactive environment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve processes, systems, and tools used within the overall company operations.
- Monitor team and individual key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service delivery.
About you:
- Tertiary qualifications in business, management or engineering.
- In-depth knowledge of the Coal Mining Safety and Health Act & Regulation, Fair Work Legislation.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of success in leading teams and achieving targets.
- Strong leadership and communication skills (verbal/written), with the ability to inspire and motivate others, always leading by example.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Exceptional track record of delivering excellent customer service, managing close customer relations and promoting customer retention.
- A strong desire to actively pursue new business.
- Locally based in Mackay, QLD.
