Finance Assistant
Kanandah Retirement Ltd has a vacancy for an experienced, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Finance Assistant member to join our finance team.
About the role:
- Leasing with residents and business suppliers with the account’s queries
- Manage accounts payable, invoicing, batch payment of bills and bank reconciliations of received payment.
- Assist with balance sheet reconciliation, and reporting to Finance Manager
- Attention to details while data entry for invoice with GST items
- Assist Finance Manager with reporting
Skills and Experience:
- Experience on accounts payable and receivables in aged care industry being advantage
- Payroll experience is an advantage
- Good knowledge of accounting principle and finance
- Certificate III in Accounting or Finance
- Sound knowledge in MYOB, or similar accounting system
