Finance Assistant

Kanandah Retirement Ltd has a vacancy for an experienced, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Finance Assistant member to join our finance team.  

About the role:

• Leasing with residents and business suppliers with the account’s queries 
• Manage accounts payable, invoicing, batch payment of bills and bank reconciliations of received payment. 
• Assist with balance sheet reconciliation, and reporting to Finance Manager
• Attention to details while data entry for invoice with GST items
• Assist Finance Manager with reporting

Skills and Experience:

• Experience on accounts payable and receivables in aged care industry being advantage
• Payroll experience is an advantage
• Good knowledge of accounting principle and finance  
• Certificate III in Accounting or Finance  
• Sound knowledge in MYOB, or similar accounting system
