Michael Page have partnered with a NYSE-listed oil company located 20 minutes south of the Perth CBD to recruit a Finance Manager into their team on a full time, permanent basis.

Client Details

With a presence across North America, Europe, Asia and Australasia, our client is listed on the New York Stock Exchange and due to internal growth, the team is now seeking to strengthen its finance function with the hire of a new Finance Manager in Perth.

Description

Reporting into the Finance & Accounting Senior Manager, the key duties and tasks of this role include;

• Manage a team of 2-3 accountants
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting process
• Continuously identify process improvement opportunities
• Develop financial models and reports
• Month end/financial close responsibilities

Profile

The successful candidate will have a background leading a team within a commercial environment. Key traits will also include;

• CA/CPA Qualification (essential)
• Exposure to a listed commercial business (desired)
• Experience with US GAAP and SOX (desired)
• Strong Excel skills
• Ability to meet competing deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
